At Coco-Mat Norse AS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural sleep experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags and protective layers are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
